We are a group of local Christians who God first called to worship here in the community at Totteridge in 1947.  Our focus is to bring Jesus into the community we serve and to be a church where community meets. Everyone who comes is an important member of our Christian family.

Planning your Visit

The following information is specifically for those new to us.  We hope it gives you an idea of the kind of people we are, and what to expect from us when you visit.

Who are we?

We are a Baptist church affiliated to the Baptist Union of Great Britain and we welcome anyone to come and worship with us and be part of our community.  More information on what we believe can be found on the About Us part of the site.

How to find us

Visit our Contact Us page for details

Accessibility: Access to our site is up a steep concrete drive, and we have a shallow ramp to access to our main building from the car park.  Our disabled toilet is also in this main building.  We don't have pews, so can easily move chairs to accommodate space for a mobility scooter or a wheelchair next to a carer.  Please let us know in advance if you need us to reserve space for disabled parking.

Our activities

Sunday Services

We meet in the main church building for our Sunday Service starting at 10:30am.  We extend a warm welcome to you if you want to join us.  More information about our Sunday worship, and what to expect, can be found here.

Midweek Meetings

These are an important part of our church life.  We host several midweek bible study and fellowship groups, and a monthly prayer meeting on the first Saturday of each month.  More details can be found on the Small Groups and Prayer Meeting pages

We usually have an active social programme, posted on Facebook.  Do keep an eye open for it once we are able to meet together again without restrictions.
Other Ministries

We also support organisations in our town, sometimes through volunteering and sometimes through prayer and donations:

  • Wycombe Youth for Christ
  • Wycombe Homeless Connection and Night Shelter
  • Lighthouse
  • Love Wycombe
Please contact us for further information.

COVID-19 Period Updates

We are meeting on Easter Sunday for worship including communion at 10:30 am.
We will be following the current social distancing guidelines, so please bring your mask unless you are exempt and bring your own hand sanitiser if you don't want to use ours.
Please email if you would like to join us.

Our two midweek fellowship groups continue to meet on Zoom.
